Who We Are?
We are a family run country restaurant producing delicious local food but above all outstanding customer service. This is a new venture for us, although brothers Philippe and Jean have been in the restaurant business for over 50 years between them. We only purchased our Penhallow site in the summer of 2021. We have an extensive building and improvements programmed planned over the next 18 months, so watch this space. We are a work in progress and when it’s complete you will not recognise the place. We are nestled a pebbles throw from Cornwall’s sub-tropical north coast – very close to the popular coastal town of Perranporth.

“Like staying with friends” is how repeat guests describe staying with us. Our staff have a lot to do with this. Friendly and welcoming, yet without a hint of stuffiness, they are the heartbeat of Zucchini. From great local walks to special requests, feel free to ask them anything, we love a challenge!

From the height of summer when Cornwall is bustling with holiday-makers, beaches look like far-flung, exotic destinations and flip flops are everyday essential attire, to the crisp Autumn and Winter months when Christmas lights twinkle and our roaring log fire fills the bar with an amber glow, seagulls swoop beside stormy seas and the scent of salt in the air is mixed with the aroma of freshly baked pasties, there is beauty and Cornish charm to be discovered every day of the year at Zucchini.
Our restaurant is extremely busy and as a B&B guest we will always try to reserve you a table. To ensure that you are not disappointed we would recommend that you use our online booking system to guarantee a restaurant reservation or to book your room with extra requests such as flowers, chocolates, book your dog in for a holiday or an extra bed or cot for a child.
